Tracey Eno Massage & TragerŪ Bodywork
Tracey Eno, Owner
What led you to be an entrepreneur?
At age 26, I decided that my work should be something that had a positive impact on people. After my first massage in Arizona, I knew that the gift of helping people access mind/body relaxation was my calling. I love connecting with people and reminding them of their true nature (peaceful and compassionate).

What is your most professional/business accomplishment?
When I think back over my career, no one big accomplishment bubbles up. As Mother Teresa said, "Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love." It is the little victories each day and each year that add up to a career I am most proud of and grateful for. Seeing the smile on a client's face when they realize their pain is gone--so simple, yet so powerful! When I do the math (which includes counting my blessings) and realize that I have had my business for 15 years--THAT is a big deal. Being self-employed, there are pros and cons. But being consistent and doing something you love make all the difference.
Can you tell us more about your company?
I am a licensed massage therapist and a certified TragerŪ Practitioner. I specialize in gentle bodywork to help people reduce stress & pain, and have more energy and flexibility. Some of my clients are living with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, lupus, chronic fatigue or scoliosis. Others have mentally stressful and/or physically demanding jobs. I enjoy building relationships with clients and helping them maintain a healthy lifestyle. I work out of three locations: Prince Frederick, Solomons and Hollywood. "Creating peace in the world, one body at a time."
